I wouldn't worry about the no shows. That happens anywhere. People get cold feet and don't show up.
Supposed to be six people in my last orientation. Only 2 showed including me.

If they need more information from the IRS give them a copy of your tax info. Often times what they say they need and what they accept are far off.

I can't get them any tax returns without going home, and 250 miles away without a personal vehicle, it ain't gonna happen.

3 years is what they need, well actually the recruiter told me only 15 months, which I have documented without the self employment, it is older than that. They now have the same documentation that Swift accepted. Say what you want to say about Swift, I don't think they would have hired me without the required checks of employment.

I'm at Melton now, got a few months in with Fedex before coming here but lost my co-driver to a medical condition and the dedicated run we had so I came to Melton.
Things are good here so far.
Although we'll see what happens, today I delivered to a construction site and a block of wood bounced up under my truck and scratched the underside of my bumper. I told my DM what happened and all of sudden I'm dealing with the claims department and filing an accident report? Hopefully that's not seriously considered an accident...lol

I would not sweat it if it is all you have done.

Nah I'm not worried. Just hoping it won't hit my DAC and amazed a few scuff marks underneath a bumper needs an accident report lol
