    but not everyone is perfect and can run 55 exactly in cali and or and only 62 theres circumstances where you have to. Like getting passed by 10 trucks in wyoming then you have a guy 2 inches from your dot bumper im not gonna hit my brakes no way jose jake it down thats my opinion
