Not much dairy around Cabool, but some of the OTR people said they did ok for miles and liked dispatch. They like to rebuild trucks and run them to death. OTr was in the 30 to 32 cpm range. it's been 5 years so i don't know what they are like now. It was Milk Transport Service then, and the trailers got sold to DFA and tractors and company were bought by upper management. Greatwide got a lot of DFA contracts and that hurt them (but deserved it) i wrote on the other post too

I worked for them for almost eleven years. They were a great company when they were known as MTS, but when they changed to WDT they made some very big changes. They sold a lot of there trailers and terminals to DFA. When they did this DFA bid all the work out, because they no longer needed trailers or terminals. imagine that. SO they lost most of there milk hauling. second thing the new management did was change dispatch up. The main milk dispatcher hired a guy that was dating his daughter. He hates drivers, and brags about giving them a hard time. If you enjoy being on the phone and argueing about your pay, and what you was supposed to get it is a great place. Takes at least a month to get payed for tolls. Good luck if you have to sit somewere for very long( delay pay). When i was working for them locally in Portales NM they changed my pay 3 times without even telling me. They went to slipseat, and did not tell me. cleaned my truck out, and thru my DOT physical away. They will slipseat you into a truck that has mechanical issues. Basically no respect for drivers, and no management that cares about anything as long as THEY are not losing money. might work good if you are kin or play politics well.
