Western Express "Home time is a privilege"

Sounds like the kind of company where if you have one year in, you are the "old timer".

 

Im hearing too many bad things about Western Express. Maybe i'll try Walkins Shepard.

 

I'm around Chicago and my company sent me on a ton of different sides roads to avoid tolls.
Needless to say I'm stayed on the toll roads.

Screw that route 30 MPH, lights, traffic and 18 different roads when I can stay on 2 highways?

You tellem driver. I remember those days. I would rather pay the toll myself than spend all that extra time on those little roads.

 

With all the Csa red flags that western express has... It's a wonder they haven't been shut down. From what I've seen by the stupidity exhibited by their drivers, they don't care much about keeping good drivers at all.

 

(In ahnold Schwarzenegger voice)

"Achtung!!! Zeeez eeeez vestern exprezz!!!! You vill drive vor no lezz then 4 veeks and you vill like eet! No home time unless vee allow eet!! Eeets not a toomah!!"

 

At least they tell you how they feel about home time up front. I guess that beats lying about it like most other OTR companies do.

 

A group of us should attend their orientation for the fun of it. When they mention the hometime policy....We can all start laughing and walk out similar to the way they did in 'Animal House'.

Possibly record it and post it on YouTube. Can you imagine if the media found out about this policy. It's like signing up to be a slave.

 

Home time is a privilege?? What are you in prison??? Quit that crap company. Now. No excuse for garbage like that. Home time is NOT A PRIVILEGE.
