I’ve done all the adjustments 1/2” and 1/8” but the truck still does not want to go into gear, it eventually does when u ram it and when u get it into gear it like wants to hold it in gear then you gotta force it out, and when the clutch brake is being held it still wants to spin on the shaft. So what could be causing this? TIA

Did you try spinning the clutch brake by hand? While underneath setting the presdure plate.

How much free travel in the pedal?

Ok. Lose about an inch of that free travel with the linkage. You need more pedal. See what happens

You had 1.5" before the adjustment? Or before a new clutch brake?

Sounds like the clutch is not fully releasing. Most likely dragging due to a broken dampening spring.

Yeah, I was gonna say one of your center plates is hanging up for some reason. Either in your flywheel dogs or your spine or you have a plate spring wedged in there.

I’m not even sure what that is. But I googled it and no it doesn’t have any kind of indicator where it shows to put it new of wear etc..
