Is there a way to inspect the front part of the clutch I felt around everything is tight no broken pieces.
Western Star clutch? Will not go into gear without jamming it!

Well how have you been adjusting everything? If it’s not a solo then it’s an easy pedal type. Have you just been adjusting the linkages or did you actually adjust the clutch?

Sounds to me like he's probably not had any clutch brake for a while.
Then maybe a complaint of no free travel, and somebody adjusted the linkage.
Now that somebody has adjusted the pressure plate, there's too much free travel.
And not enough throw in the pedal to get the TO bearing to contact the brakeDeere hunter Thanks this. -

That's why I said back off the free travel. Sounds like there was good free travel before you adjusted the pressure plate.
When you pull the TO bearing closer to the brake, you increase free travel at the same timeDeere hunter Thanks this. -
