I'm working with TQL last 4 years and until now I haven't had any problems with them. But broker Weston C, ext 50734 is one cheater and my advice to all carriers is to avoid this guy! He gave me a load that couldn't fit on my trailer. I'm had a partial load at the front and only 43ft available for that TQL load. And first he confirmed to my dispatch that is enough space. But when I'm showed up at pick up shipper said that I need 48ft for that load. Weston (TQL broker) told shipper to load as much he can and at the end 15% of load couldn't fit. And he told me that load is going to be paid to me anyway. But next day when I got done at delivery, that guy called my company and said that he don't wanna pay that load because he has to send new truck to deliver rest of the load! And also he said that he lied to us because he can!! So, that is my experience with Weston C from TQL! March 2017

I am just a stupid grocery hauler ....but I figured open deck guys would be good at using a tape measure...
Did you not know TQL's reputation and figure you are likely eventually going to get rooked out of your money somehow and figure the day has arrived...?

Doesn't matter what he says about the 2nd truck. What matters is what the rate confirmation says.

Heck, despite my best efforts to book a load from them, which never happened due to their insulting cheapness, or abrasiveness, I have a feeling that that there is some good spirit protecting me from them. Thank you the spirit.

If you signed the confirmation at the rate you want it, with the confirmation stating the length, width, height, then you shouldn't have an issue. That is between TQL and the customer.
