I never developed the "250 mile bladder." For one thing, it's just too darn hard on the body, in the long run. OP, I don't know if you need to see a doctor or not. But if you have to get up to go more than once during your sleeping time, then YES, it is time to see a doctor. If you are over 40, it's a good idea to get your PSA level checked, and probably get a "digital exam." And if you're over 50, it is time to have one of those nasty, unpleasant but necessary colonoscopy tests. Actually, the test isn't all that bad, it is what you go through prior to the test.

Big gulp sized PLASTIC cups. As always you need a plastic trash can. The cup is not see through, can not turn over inside the trash can, opening is large enough for most all humans. Lid snaps on , holds fairly large volume of fluid. Hope this helps . Once at your next stop , carry it in and flush contents, rinse and toss or reuse. If reuse put a shot or two of hand sanitizer in it. If next stop is more then few mins away , go ahead and put the hand sanitizer in to control odor.

psst, some things aren't meant to be shared.

I'm not a doctor but it doesn't sound like anything to get worked up over. It's not like you got the urge and 5 seconds later wet yourself.

    Woman popping in here...

I know as folks age that 'got to go feeling' isn't always just a feeling, but an actuality. Also not just for #1 but #2 as well... We have invested in a camping 2 piece port-a-pot. One of the BEST investments we've made! For BOTH of us!

I would have yourself checked by a doc though. Bladder infections or spasms can cause urgency, and possibly prostate issues as well. I wouldn't know much about the prostate stuff :biggrin_25523: but that's what docs are for!

Had to get up several times a night to pee. Started taking Saw Palmetto capsules 3 times a day, now down to twice a day. Sleep all night and never have to get up. Saw Palmetto capsules are cheap at Walmart. Takes a month or two for them to fully kick in, but worth the wait.

Also, for your leakage, wear Depends, which you can get at Walmart. If you do leak, at least you won't get wet or make a mess in the seat. If you leak, pull into a rest area and throw the Depends in the trash and wear a fresh one.

The kicker to this, had it been your average get-off....cross road....get-on ramp, I would have made it. There was no shoulder at that exit and no shoulder on the county road.

Next time it's just going to be side of freeway. I just put those #### pants on today!!! Lol...
