They're pretty strict, even when you're direct. When we make appointments you usually have a 2 day window for delivery. They'll tell you right then they will charge if you change the day/time so make sure it's what you can do.

 

Just wait until the Truckers Report starts fining drivers for not knowing the difference between excepted and accepted.

Ya the guard shack can and will promise you the moon. unfortunately it’s not in writing and the employee behind the desk tasked with generating revenue simply sees time on BOL and says fine it and there goes your $500.

You’re old enough to know words spoken don’t matter unless it’s on paper and their requirements are on paper.

 

Sorry but it's not that difficult to spell and learn especially with Google.....
