It's just that I carry #### waaaay worse than cryo and I don't have to be concerned about all of this camera nonsense.

We get no bonuses for anything..
Do good and keep your job.
I did get a gold ring for 10 w the company and a 38 yr patch from the ATA thru them but the best we get is the occasional 10 dollar pilot card or at xmas a $25 Walmart card

As far as haz mat goes this is the least dangerous imho

Messer takes away the bonus for minor things from drive cam. Like if the camera goes off and you don't have good following distance then you have just lost you bonus.

Airgas will take the bonus away if you don't average 79800 or more when you load your trailer. Along with camera issues.

Sometimes it depends on your relationship with the TM. Some drivers have been caught talking but the camera didn't see the phone. Witch means the driver was on the Bluetooth. And the Praxair TM didn't are the driver because they were cool. But the same TM fired other drivers for the same thing.

But overall go to air products if you dint like cameras. And go to Praxair(Linde) if you want to make money. They are the largest thats what I tell anyone about cryo with the big 5 carriers.

They still expect you to work in big snow storms?

About half the guys will mark off during any decent storm.
Driving a truck up here the snow comes with the territory and I don't unless I can't even get out of the driveway, twice in 11 years.
I just tell dispatch I'll work local but won't go out of town.
We are allowed to turn any mileage run to hourly if conditions warrant any type of delay.
Going in this morning for a road run to Ashland WI and then Duluth MN..-18 degrees, fun stuff.
