    ok i was approved to go to orientation for a dedicated account i have 3 years of exp i went to orientation and was told to go back home cause they where waiting for a conformation from a company before i could get my driver code it has been a week now and got a call today saying they would not hire me cause of my work history ok lets see i have had 4 jobs since 1999 when i graduated from high school only two trucking jobs in the last three years all i can say is that this company is messed up in the head why did they waste all that money for my hotel food drug screen physical just to say sorry where morons and not gonna hire u now i will never understand these big companys i should have done what i told myself in the frist place never to drive for one of the big 3

    Ok, I am looking to start driving again after 3 years and may end up driving for Swift or one of the big ones... not by choice, but necessity; just my 2 cents... but I am guessing from what I have seen and read... Swift makes more money hiring people like me....more so now with higher fuel costs, etc...

    Don't get all worked up over it there was probably nothing wrong with anything of yours. They were probably trying for the contract and had so many days to fill the seats once awarded so they prehired X amount of drivers with the same line and then didn't get the contract yes there out a little money but had the won the contract that would have all benn passed on to the customer. And it looks better on them to tell you its your problem then to tell you they were under bid by the Big Orange or JB.

    Sounds reasonable. Another idea is that they are just inept. I've seen a few drivers have everything in order, yet Swift finds a special way to screw it up.
