My trick is to put it on level 1 and use a fan to blow the cool air on ya along with my 100 watt solar panel it would last a long time.

I forget but the draw for the fan shouldn't be enough to trigger a start up for voltage. If you have the arctic kit it will fire with the webasto to keep engine fluid warm.

It could be several draws that bring your voltage down to 11.9 or whatever you have it set at to fire up

Our had a meal like the TK's do and we would just set temp.

Like I said did good for a ten hour but a 34 would never have worked.

Somebody posted instructions on here how to have the APU run for a block heater.

Casper's fired right up at minus 12. No block heater, just APU running like I posted.

Just get the TK set up. I can hang meat in Casper in Phoenix or anywhere else in the dead of summer.

at least 12k btu needed .. last year I spent 2.5k and installed used 10 year old tripac on my truck. it's 13k btu. it has super cooling ability. Some guys are saying that maintenance is expansive but I don't agree with them.

Man that thing sounds louder than a reefer though. I never been in a truck with it on so it may be quiet, but it sucks when im parked in a nice quiet area than hear the nonstop rumble of that tripac for over 12 hours.
