I have an annual dot physical due to heart history and I use a cpap machine. My compliance is checked annually at the time of the physical. I have to be 70% compliant using it for at least 4 hours per night, over a period of 90 days. So if I use it for 2 or 3 hours in a night, that night is not counted.
I like the machine because I get good sleep using it, so I don't have a problem meeting the 70% usage for compliance.
What AHI number do most trucking companies want to see, if you have sleep apnea? (Not trolling.)

I appreciate the answers. The compliant would be a problem. I don't mind taking a treatment to fix something but to be required to do it? lol.

Did you ever get cpap machine

I hit 35 days yesterday. I was a moderate case, 24 per hour. With my CPAP I'm down to under 1 most nights. Unless I drink, than it has shot up to 11 twice. Usually a bad night, with alcohol added, is 5ish. My pressure is only set at 8. I've noticed a huge difference in my daytime energy levels. And I've finally gotten used to the mask. Only had 2 nights where I didn't get at least 5 hours, and they were both colds and it was more about being grossed out that I'm snotting all over the mask than anything else.
Brandt Thanks this.
