The only additional thing to what you have listed on mine is DOT & MC number.

They are really cheap,
and some have a space for you to use a stamp with your company info............... -
Hmmm.... we get a loading ticket from the shipper and go....
-
Does your ticket say Bill of Lading and or This Shipping Order at the top,I think it should.
-
Hey Bayou,
I'd be interested in who told you your "TIKET" was not a BILL OF LADING....
Every BILL OF LADING I have ever seen had BILL OF LADING printed at the top of the document. Some have read 'STRAIGHT BILL OF LADING NOT NEGOTIABLE and others have read COMBINATION BILL OF LADING AND FREIGHT BILL. If I were you I would have BILL OF LADING at the top of your document, include all of the information you now show and STOP CALLING THIS DOCUMENT A "TIKET".....! -
No my tikets do not say BILL OF LADING or anything else they have my info on it and they are numbered
-
Well, there ya go.... Put ' BILL OF LADING ' on it and there should be no more debate with the person who said it wasn't...! You just ask him, " What does that say right there ? BILL OF LADING....!"
-
BINGO! Key word is Bill of Lading. That's what it is, that's what it should be titled. Ticket # don'.t mean crap.
Or at least the small print on it say should say, This document conforms to the Bill of Lading regulations at the time of printing. You should also an area where the Valuation of the shipment can be shown otherwise you are only liable for so mnay dollars per pound. Excess valuation means that you charge the shipper for excess insurance costs.
