What are factory halogen headlight part numbers?

2001 T800 this used to be common knowledge but i've forgotten and been searching everywhere for an hour with no luck and zero description behind part numbers i find.
What are the part numbers for the 2 headlights? Low/high and the high? Ive found a ton of numbers for same bulbs,

Basically looking for the low beam side which is a dual low/high (3 prong) bulb.

 

I think it may be the H4656 also but from what i read it is both 35/35w and I found a H5062 which states it is a 40/55w but they use a stock photo which isnt the right picture of the bulb but yet some places say it fits. There are like a few that fit but wattage varies and some are just high.. this is all old stuff so little info online. THanks though.
