    The company I am with pays for orientation and if you have to wait for a trainer. I heard they stopped hiring new drivers because they cant get enough new trucks from diamler so they are looking at buying elsewhere for the interim. They went from 30 new drivers per orientation class down to 4 a couple weeks ago
