I drive a flatbed with a piggyback forklift, wasnt thinking about the extra lenght behind the trailer tandems when turning around in a tight cul-de-sac....after buying a pallet of brick mortar...I pay close attention to "obstacles" in those cul-de-sacs!

Here in BC, if you are a company driver and you get into an "Accident" you neither have to pay anything out of pocket, nor do you get any strikes against your personal insurance history.

I started out pulling doubles back in 72.
Early on, I accidently hooked up the wrong trailer and pulled it from Portland to Salt Lake.
It was suppose to go to Seattle.
for the rest of the time I worked for that company, I often heard over the radio: "you SURE you have the right trailer?"

I know this is an old post, but i am curious if this is a common thing to watch out for?

Do 4-wheelers try and "set up" truckers for insurance money or is this a rare case?
