What are supposed to be the benefits of the new HOS? I see none

    You might want to check some of my previous posts in this thread. I am well aware of where to get info.

    I was doing more research as to whether there would be a grace period on enforcement and reviewing fines that could be assessed. I was checking some other sites for their opinions on the grace period and such.

    You will notice, I did not link to it.

    The only certainty out of all of this, and the real money makers will be..........the lawyers who will nicely profit from any and all sides of the arguments about these rules in the court systems.

    At this point, I think the real money makers will be the dot when they issue their tickets. It is way too late for anything else at this point.
