What are supposed to be the benefits of the new HOS? I see none

    Some things are never going to change in this industry....LOL when I started in the early 90's. The Hours of service were the big issue with the onset of the 8 day 70 hour rule, seems it never ends. I empathize with all of you now that I am retired.
