Ah true ... but I think they haven't filmed in Alaska in a couple seasons. This guy was watching the Canadian version of IRT.
-
Their hours are even better than Alaska.
They did both of them last year. -
We get to work less, I guess there is some benefit there. (This comment LOADED with sarcasm.)
Working Class Patriot Thanks this. -
For some reason when the government sees that their new idea failed they expand on it instead.
-
O.K. , explain the benefits of having to work over 70 hours a week to survive .Ghost Ryder Thanks this.

You didn't get the memo? Trucking isn't a 9-5 job. It's 24/7. If people feel that they need to be slave-driven to survive, let them feel that way and continue not having much of a personal life. As long as they stay with the slave-driven companies, you and I can enjoy our 9-5 M-F tucking jobs.

I'm retired . I'm allowed to earn $15,000 a year and still get full benefits . Already did that this year .
Next year I might work for my county road department . They hire part-time drivers and equipment operators for 6 months in good weather . -
You just retired. If you were working early in the year as full time, those wages are not calculated for the limitation. You can earn the maximum monthly.

Goin' fishin' for the summer? If ya are, good for you!!
truckon, Working Class Patriot and RickG Thank this.
