What are the common reasons for an audit?
I am guessing like multiple logbook violations, moving violations and reportable accidents.
Am I right and are there other reasons?

My company had been audited twice in three years. I believe it to be mostly random unless there are a lot of violations. We have very low scores and both audits resulted in only a couple small things.
