What are the disadvantages of being an OTR LTL driver?

    Regardless of line of work or occupation, it is best if one works for a company that keeps everything clean and legal, along with being on solid financial ground, and as debt free as possible. A company of this nature is one's best chance at good job security.

    That financial stability factor is huge in the long run. I’d rather leave a company on my own terms than show up to a locked terminal with the Sheriff deputies there to monitor you removing your stuff out of a tractor.
