Oh you are so right! I have been working as a small business consultant for many years and this was my primary function. To bring some of those gung-ho entrepreneur business owners off of their high horse and SLOW their growth to a manageable pace. Many business I came across were already in growth mode but did not have the organization in place. I had to actually cancel/postpone some business arrangements several times. Your advice is solid. And I plan on taking my time here. Only setback here is that information on the trucking industry really is something to learn through experience. The information about the industry available on the internet is very fractured and I have noticed that you experienced folks have become the best source of information.![]()

@BigJohn...I'm out of the game brother, went with the other opportunities that presented themselves. Guess I could say they were more in line with my priorities and passions than trucking at the moment. Although you know how it is, I might turn around and come back to it in due time.
