    I say this with full respect that as a company owner I would have considered you. However having seen the hot headedness in some of your responses I would have to decline. I understand the stress of the situation but would advise for you to take a breath. If you get this hot over keyboard warriors I would honestly be concerned. Not that it matters as not in your area regardless but some kind advice if you will.

    Yes, he can be a bit hot-headed at times, something on which I've been working with him. He's a good kid, but sometimes he needs to just let things go.
