    Try Craigslist/Transportation.
Submit many applications and leave many phone messages.
Apply even if he doesn't think he qualifies.
Lots of 1099 companies on there with very lenient hiring criteria.

Tell him to submit applications before any phone calls.
After a rollover, it's easy to get a "No" answer on just a phone call.

With 6 years under his belt I wouldn't think he's untouchable, I mean, unless he has a bad record to go with it. I worked hauling birds and chicken feed for a long time in Georgia, it was almost a certainty that a guy would roll a truck. Of course, they got fired too, when it was their fault, but, they always found decent jobs after.

Maybe it is just me, but if I thought I was not in the wrong, I'd have pics of where it happened and figure out how it happened.

There were several times in construction zones where uneven pavement grabbed the trailer tires and tried to pull the trailer to one side or the other.
I have no shame admitting the first time it happened scared the heck outta me.
