I started a list today to include brokers who deny loads and not giving me a particular reason why.

What are the reasons a broker won't book with you?
I read online one might be due to no inspections. But that's the only category I fit in that I can think of. In last few years there was no inspection.

I used to work for two brokers and I lost them.
And now it is almost impossible to book with anyone.

What are the reasons a broker won't book with you? I'm worried I am flagged somehow. I want to know the reasons why.

Bad carrier 411 I know you had a hard time with a trailer getting damaged at a customer a while back. Maybe the broker mentioned something?

    not sure why though
I really can't come up with any reason.

Would anyone out of vengeance write a false claim?

    How to fix this?

    I can't fix what I can't even see.

I worked with that broker for three years. And I continued to work for more than a year after it happened. That broker closed operations. So that couldn't be it.
Unless a receiver who damaged the trailer wasn't happy about it. Nobody likes the repair costs. That's the only claim I had.

Can't you ask the broker why they deny you?

No inspection in that many years definitely looks suspicious

So i've been told anyways. Wasn't the case when I started, but was about a year in.

Someone with inspections us at least in the US and had a truck at that time

    Siinman Thanks this.

They really don't give a reason.
Often, I get that I didn't pick up a load from them in recent months. Most use that.

Today, someone said it was insurance. But they didn't say what. I have Progressive, a very good coverage. There aren't any particular exclusions or anything. I work for the shipper, so I need to have great coverage.

When asked to be transferred to the department that looks at coverage, the broker didn't transfer me. It was just a made up reason.

I have only one truck and trailer!
Never been stopped when running for myself last four years. That's the length of my MC.

But I do yearly inspections as usual as a carrier.
