What are the restrictions on glider engines?

    Well, let's just say that this DD16 I looked had 250,000 miles AND a brand new $9,000 DPF.

    Not to be rude, cause I'm not, either, but a truck with a plugged DPF is neither fast, cheap, or good.

    We haul live cargo, and reliability is the #1 concern. Emissions engines are better than they used to be, but i don't trust them yet.

    I had a '07 Pete with a 565 Cummins 3.36 rears and lopro 24.5 tires. Didn't seem like a good setup for mountains and trains, but that was the hill-climbingest truck I ever drove. It would drag 115,000 up Parley's Canyon at 38mph, and I could go down any hill without using a brake. Wish I still had it
