Compton, CA first it is the carpark for a cheeze car repair place. They want to charge $10.00 to overnight. I think charging is wrong, that's a whole other story.
Creepy people that like to look in your truck. I got out quick!

FYI, I am a female and need to feel safe.

i stay out of any truckstop in dallas most of the time i go to terrell tx east of dallas and stop at the ta there used to be rip griffins. never had any problems there. and the food is decent. but one night i was there and noticed a cple of lizards had made their way there. later on that night i seen a driver walking back to his truck with the 2 lizards. they went between the 2 trucks. and a few minutes later the 2 lizards came running like theit butts were on fire. they had just robbed the driver. he called the cops i could not beleive he called them. i dont know what he said to them but one cop was shaking his head. i wonder how he explained it to his wife

yep that one at the 199 is a pain sometimes. like when drivers park on the fuel island and go eat. i go the next block down forget the name of it but it has parking and you can get something to eat there.

I would disagree. Cherry Street is quiet, the food is not great - avoid the specials. The specials are awful. There's a really good Mexican place on Slover.

If we stay at a truck stop in that area, it is Cherry. Beats the TA's in Ontario. I will NOT stay in those places. I'd rather pay to stay in an agents yard -guard dogs, laundry, showers, easy walk to good food. Otherwise, Cherry is a better choice for us, personally.

Big Cabin Oklahoma has always been a good one. Lots of parking, easy in and out, great showers, good food, nice novelty and smoke shop on the property.
