Mini Onions
Potatoes Chopped.
Toss into dutch oven, allow to cook half a day.
In other dutch oven cook a mix of gravy to your taste and flavor and a bag of steamer vegatbles, probably broccli. tear the bag and pour the vegs in there and cook it all for half a day. Have some bread and fluids ready towards dinner time. Serves two people.
An alternative to ham would obviously be some other type of meat to your taste. Steak Fajita or chicken same but gravies might have to be changed to match. Still cook half a day. And have some bread and fluids ready for that meal.Just passing by Thanks this. -

Tried this the other day.
One poblano pepper. Must be roasted and blackened over an open flame so skin can be peeled off. Don't use bare hands as they will be irritated by the pepper. Cut top off pepper and remove seeds from inside. Place in disposable aluminum pan.
Cover with Egg Beaters liquid egg whites or regular eggs if you wish.
Canned chopped tomatoes and jalapeños.
Place in 12 volt lunchbox oven until done. The hardest part is roasting the poblano pepper as you need a propane/butane stove to supply the open flame. Olives and mushrooms could be added or substituted also.
