    yes if you root it.

But if you have warranty issues on that phone, until you put it back the way it's supposed to be, they could give you issues about it.

They could also go back and back bill you for all that data you used as well.

So either root it and have ways of putting it back or just leave it till warranty is off.

I won't root my phones till the warranty is gone.

if you read the android phones forums. they will tell you how to root. and they will also have the way to go back to stock. and they will even have the latest software updates.

wifi isn't exactlly free. if you go over your limit. you still pay. i don't know how some people are using hulu or netflix. cuz one movie puts you over your limit. 2 movies if you have the 10 gig limit.

I don't know anything about Hulu usage, however here is the Netflix streaming usage from their tech page dependent upon which quality setting you choose:

"Good" - The default setting with good picture quality and lowest data use per hour (about 0.3 GBytes/hour)
"Better" - Better picture quality and medium data use per hour (about 0.7 GBytes/hour)
"Best" - Best picture quality and highest date use per hour (generally about 1.0 GBytes/hour - or up to 2.3 GBytes/hour when streaming HD content)

Foxfi and a new razr for tether, does not need root. Foxfi also works with some other android phones; although some will be bluetooth tether only (not wifi).

I'll add one that I've been using, and love it..

Radar Alive Pro. I've used numerous weather radar apps, and so far this one beats ALL of them.

    I also have;
    Trucker Tools
    CamScanner
    ScantoPDF (Free)
    Daily Roads Voyager
    Hey Tell
    Maps
