    I wear Red Wing.

For years I couldnt bring myself to spring for good boots, but I'm glad I finally did.

The boot in the photo, I would prefer the black sole, but if you like beige, get it.

    You do you........

i bought a pair of Red Wings back in the fall of 2005, and still have them. had them resoled like 3 times. had the lace eyelets replaced for free, got miles and miles of free boot laces....

but they discontinued that "model" long, long ago, plus i retired a few years ago, so now they do duty as my garden boots.

Redwings 1132, but only for inclement weather/ boots required at shipper/receiver. It's not am aggressive tread like I used to wear, but it's good enough.

They do pretty good. I used them doing food service going up and down the ramp hundreds of times a day

Comfortable, lightweight, and I get good wear out of them.
I've always worn kangaroo leather boots, but have gotten really hard to find. These are about as lightweight and are extremely soft out of the box.
Think I gave about 250 for them , we'll worth it.
