No. You can have your glasses on during the exam, and as long as your vision complies with what bigkev posted you will pass the vision portion of the physical. Your physical card will have a statement on it to the effect that you must be wearing corrective lenses while driving, much like your drivers license would.

Prime will give you their own physical with their own doctor upon your arrival for orientation. The only reasons to get a physical before coming would be because it was required to get your permit, or you want to make sure you would pass the physical.

You can actually get the eye chart take it home and study it so when you go for physical you'll pass as far as bp dehydrate before you go in you'll pass

If your bp is under 140/90 don't worry about it if its slightly higher then yes no fluids especially caffeine.bp you can get down without having to go on meds which is what the doctors are so quick to prescribe you.
