the Doc giving the DOT Physical may ask for your latest numbers, or ask is you've been diagnosed as well as make you show numbers. He may ask for your latest A1C.

No. I am a type 2 diabetic and I drive for Prime. When you do your drug screen, they will dip a strip in to check your sugar and other things. If your urine has sugar, they will do a finger stick to check your sugar level. As long as you stay under 200, you are good to go.
