Law enforcement accepts a person's occupied home as a residence or common law living domicile if you stayed after a period of time generally.
Homeland Security has a vested interest in your life when you apply to drive a 18 wheeler now. They will want that information to check your life prior. If you are not a problem you will get your CDL, Twic etc.
Remember, two senators created homeland security about 3 weeks after 9-11 and within a few months the apparatus was moved into a decript building in DC and boom, a new branch of government was born. Dedicated to ensuring homeland security.
We felt it's chill winds of scrutiny not long after. -

I used to think the inability to drive might prevent a person from getting their CDL...but some of the "professional drivers" I see out there on the road proves that simply isn't the case.

Nothing brings out the lowest common denominator in the gene pool than driving. Just like "those" kids that couldn't color inside the lines.

If you use a cpap machine you can use that to your advantage with large companies by getting a inverter in your truck. The larger companies will avoid putting an inverter i. Your truck unless it's needed for a medical device.
