OH! I know that one.
You'll get what they give you, for as long as you have it, until they give you something different.
Get serious. No one here can tell you what truck you will be driving.
Heck, no one in the company can/will tell you until you are handed the keys. -
i wish i could drive a kenworth

I'd be happy with whatever they give you. Just be happy to have a job driving in this economy. I prefer a Peterbilt 379, but I'd be happy with anything they gave me.

T-600 are slowly becoming a thing of the past.
They were a darn good truck, but on the small side........ -
Doesn't sound like you want the job too badly. Drive what ever you're given, A T6 isn't a bad truck at all. Crap, I had two of those "dream machines", 379 XH, I hated them, but I still drove them, and even made money with them.

You've got 2 years in and you're choosing a job on truck models??? Come on, what about medical, dental, investment programs,do they pay for schooling if you want to go? Hometime, layover pay, and so on and so on. You've got to think about your future. You do not want to be in a position when you retire or get hurt that you can not live.
Before I retired, at a very early age, the drivers would sit around waiting to get loaded and talk about what is the best investment program we can use and how much money will we get monthly if I go out at this age. How is our stocks doing and so on. Of course we talked about all the good stuff too but my point is we knew what was available to us and how to use it to our best advantage.48Packard, okiedokie, 1nonly and 1 other person Thank this. -
Focus on your driving skills........It's the driver not the truck and pros can spot a top hand no matter what he drives.

Yea, all these drivers are right, how does any driver out here know what kind of truck your gonna get, ask Conway , tell them what you said here. While your at it tell them you would like to dispatch your own loads and a company car for when yur off,.

I can tell you one thing.... running NE regional you won't get the prettiest truck.
Do like I do and if you can't get choice, pick the oldest, ugliest truck on the lot. Not only will you fall in love with the ugly thing, you'll get a new one quicker.
