what companies are the easiest to get on with for training

im looking to get on witha company with company training and me and a friend are looking to team together. i have 1 ticket in the last 3 years which is a unsafe operation ticket. central and ffe said thats the same as careless driving to them but i know some campanies are different.

my question is whoch companies would be my best bet to try and get on with? also i just got my license back too because it was expired (didnt renew it because i didnt have a car at the time and wasnt driving) thanks for any replies guys
