What Companies Can I apply to with a CDL PERMIT?

If you live in upstate NY Ginsberg Foods hires drivers with a CDL permit.

 

I got my cdl without going to school for it and thought about getting on with a big company and they didn't want to talk unless I went to school. The refresher course wasn't good enough either but now I own my own truck.
