what companies do not require that your rider is married to you?

    Conway *cough* I mean xpo logistics.

    Walk in to Able with the passengers photo id walk out in 10 minutes with a pass. More difficult to get a pet on board.

    Pay sucks for first years. Hazmat & northeast mile pay is nice though.

    Epes transport out of Greensboro NC has a pretty liberal rider policy. Paying around 38-39 to start now I think. They raised the pay scale after I left last year I'm pretty sure that's where it starts now. Top out in the 40's with another.10 bonus on northeast miles.

    They're going all auto all the 15-16 models coming in are. That's one reason I left. I did 3 years there. Pretty decent company otherwise. You're in a good lane for them they have a lot of freight through there.

    Oops; a couple of those companies I listed require experience.
    There's dozens of companies that meet your criteria, so maybe some other drivers will post more names.

    Epes will train and they have good trainers.

    You will have to wait 90 days and have no incidents/tickets after going solo before you can take a rider but after that you're good to go
