Since you don't tuck in pants it sounds like you don't want to wear pants at all.
That would be a no go with most companies.
what companies do not require uniforms?

I comply with the driver dress codes. I purchased pre-ripped sleeves vest shirts at Loves.

I like wearing the uniform pants because I get greasy and dirty working in my shed and they have to wash them.
I don’t like a button up shirt without a T-shirt under it, so this cold weather has been a blessing. -
Well, given the state of how entirely too many so-called truck drivers dress thereby making the rest of us look bad with their slovenliness, and in light of a statement a few years ago from one malcontent now banned about nothing saying “owned” like a company shirt, I’d say it’s always worth discussing.

It’s about representing one’s company and carrying one’s self like they have a modicum of personal and professional pride. The pigs who inhabit the sweatpants and adilettes crowd wouldn’t know squat about that.Jazz1 Thanks this.

My father drove for W R Grace based out of Duncan SC from 1974 until sometime around 1990 and they based him out of Atlanta. He always wore a uniform while coming out and going in the terminal. Then put on a pair of jeans with the uniform shirt while out. In fact as I start remembering the 60s most truckers that I can remember wore a uniform.
