What Companies Double Up Students with a Driver Trainer for Road Training ?

Frankly I find that practice abhorrent. When I have myself and wife in a big rig it's a real task maintaining a level of disinfecting and cleaning chores inside that cab believe it or not otherwise you introduce illness and other common maladies and find that you cannot make miles with boo hoos etc.

If I applied to a company and learned they run two trainees with a trainer, I would walk. Instantly. The job itself is no value when a company chooses to engage in that practice.

 

Covenant used to do it. Not sure if they still do. Saw a husband and wife preparing to embark on that little adventure one time at headquarters -

Flashback time. I think this was a one off for Schneider because they had a large orientation and a shortage of trainers at the time but god was this a nightmare lol
