demand too much, and YOU CAN be replaced with non-English speaking drivers who would just be glad to have a job.
and as for home cooking, the south does not have a lock on women who can cook up a storm.
truck stop food will never be a match to a home cooked meal, but it is edible. as for the pricing, yeah it costs more to have 2 eggs, than what I can buy a dozen for, but if the truck stops do not charge more, thy will not stay in business, or at the very least, truck stop diners will be replaced with fast food eateries, giving more to the debate of fatty foods.

I'm happy with a functioning AC, heater, and radio. The truck in my avatar, if you wanted heat you had to pop the hood and crack open a manual valve on the heater hose. Then it would get too hot so had to crack windows.

When I drove for Pepsi, my truck didn't have air conditioning and I had to drive from Las Cruces, NM to Silver City every day. All the other road trucks had AC. It sucked.

Second, no, I'm not mad at all. But I would advise that you not attempt to play the role of "food police", because it won't be very well received here. Not everyone appreciates that.
