    Lots of bad fatty processed fast food working 110 hrs a week in the wrecker business. Otr is hard. Wrecker? Omfg crap food all day every day

    I'm not so sure if that alone did that to you.

    That's certainly not a good thing of course, but I have a feeling your culprit was food poisoning due to poor sanitary practices on the part of the eating establishment. If that happened relatively recently and you know for a fact where it was, a phone call needs to be made to that municipality's health department.
