You are correct and get a real refrigerator dorm size. They cut on and off. They use less power than the electric coolers because they are constantly running

I have been wondering about that. My new truck with SNI has a fridge space. I've been using the coolers primarily because we are limited to I think a 150watt inverter.

If only for future reference, it'd be nice to know how to figure that one out.

Going to have to wire a small electric fan in it or try and remove the door to the cabinet so the cooler can breathe.

Schneider only lets you have a 150w inverter?
That must run on the cigarette lighter right?
Will they have the shop wire in a larger one for you if you pay for it?

Blinkers my ###, I've had plenty of SNI trucks shoot out of the right lane into traffic and there are no blinkers on most of them. In fact I don't think there are many Class 8 trucks coming equipped with Blinkers any more.

My new truck happens to have blinkers and I had a blinker light stolen from my trailer at a TS about a month ago.

I've seen SNI trucks do the same and spoke with another unprofessional driver with US Express that said he trailer-whipped an SNI truck for doing that.

I just assumed, but you know where assuming gets yah right? :p

Nope. And I might be able to get the 300w; but they will not wire an inverter into the batteries.

I've seen a post from another driver who wired his inverter into multiple 12v sockets after he looked at the wiring chart for the truck. Was pretty recent but I don't think I'll do that.
