if western didn't hire you then for now no-one will.Western express hires just about anybody.A dac report is what companies use for drivers, they put accidents, service failures many things on it.far as I know every mega carrier uses dac services.you can bet those three accidents are on your dac.

Sorry I would never recommend you for a new hire until you really made some turn a rounds and really showed some professional and defensive driving. Those three accidents were your fault and the faster you gripe that the better you'll be. So because the office dispatched you to the wrong address the accident was their fault? That's what you're sticking to? Then the second must have been that other drivers fault for the simple reason you gave him a little more room? You should have told your company that the door was broke so any product that falls out is going to be on you guys, right? With my company the boss would have called you a cab and then booted you out of the office.

I'm sorry but those are the lamest reasons I have heard in a long time. Like every one says the judge will say " You are hired as a professional driver and held to a higher standard". But in your case you not even up to any driving standards. If you want to excel in this field your going to have to eat a lot of humble pie because you're not anywhere close to be a defensive driver. You can take this advice two ways if you want. I really don't care so far. If you start to realize that others do not control your truck YOU DO that's the start of a positive turn around. Listen to anyone that is training you and you might even want to take notes. OR, you can stand tall and scream out I'm the best driver around and those accidents happen because the earth slowed down a bit. Tell anyone that you've been trained and robbed of a job that dispatched controlled from the office. But you'll have to do that one from the corner because like I said your future in trucking is slim to none. Let us know if you need some help.

I Would suggest asking companies if you can get retrained again. You don't wanna make it sound to the recruiter like these accidents weren't your fault.you may think not much damage but no matter how little the accident it's not cheap getting it fixed.considering you had 3 accidents in such a short time I don't see the odds in your favor getting rehired without maybe going thru training again.
