in this industry most the time it's the drivers fault as they see it and there's nothing you can say for the company to think differently.many times dispatch is partially to blame but you're in full control of the truck so that's all your employer looks at.you hit a utility pole because you was given wrong directions, that's no excuse, you should have seen something isn't right considering Where you were and your surroundings.Dispatch is always giving wrong directions But that's not their fault either, they send you whatever is on their computer.it's best if ya can to call the customer for directions.
what company hires with accidents

Maybe you should try CDL B driving something not as big as a 18 wheeler you said you drove in teams I would try FedEx and Panther Logistics... You have had some bad situations but in order to get anywhere in the world you have to humble even when in your mind you feel otherwise. Sometimes you have to take a alternate path to get to the same destination. Take the time off reflect get your game plan in play and if you feel you still want to be Trucker continue your journey

I just read your accident two, what I would have done since you was already turning is stop and wait to see what that other truck was going to do,not keep on making the turn.chances are he would have pulled up and let you go thru first.

Another example of the industry reaching the bottom of the barrel and continuing to dig. All of the accidents were totally preventable.. most of these accidents were expensive. At what point does a company get to tell someone who is so obviously lacking the skills AND the common sense to do things like STOP, and GET OUT AND LOOK. both of which are free... but require something. This "driver" needs to be another example of a driver who has a perfect driving record..... but has through their own actions made themselves unemployable. Had this been a fork lift driver who kept dropping finished product and blaming the time of day, location, etc etc etc.. he'd no longer be a fork lift driver.
Canned Spam and Dumdriver Thank this. -
