What company to go with for a new driver.

    I am going to be going through a driver training program at a local college where I live. Is there a good company to go with to get OTR experience vs another? I going to be able and willing to stay out and get the miles and want to get the experience. Who would you recommend? Is it better to start out with a smaller or medium size company that pays a little less but stay there longer or go with a larger company just to get the experience. Thanks for the help

    As a new driver you won't have the options to pick the size of the co. More than likely you will be with a mega carrier for your training.
