Yes I am well aware I start at the bottom.
Can you quote me saying "where can I earn 80K in my first year"?
No, I asked "a driver" in general.

I am curious and trying to learn different aspects of the industry that's all

Generally anything that requires an endorsement on your cdl (tanker,hazmat,doubles/triples) or requires a permit (oversize) will pay better.

They are out there. I'm a M-F Teamster tanker driver, home every night and made 87k last year. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from companies who advertise in truckstop magazines. OTR as a company driver is not where you want to be. Good luck.

Yes I'm realizing that currently as an OTR driver
LTL jobs aren't advertised left and right for a reason.

You are 100% correct. Companies that constantly advertise do so for a reason. None of those reasons are good for the driver. You are well on your way to finding a career rather than just another job.
