What company would you go ? knight Transportation or US Xpress?

Isn't Werner's starting pay around 26cpm?

 

I would pick US Xpress especially if you want to continue teaming. But I would stick around a few more months at Werner and get your year in.

 

Personally, I'd have to be extremely desperate to work for either one, but to each their own.

 

So Werner is getting away with having a team split 34 cpm! Unbelievable.
us express or Werner makes no difference,both garbage companies.
No I know why they both got about 400 empty trucks each sitting at there terminals in Ohio of
off I-70.
You don't have to stay there a year at those starvation wages. Post your resume online and keep your
phone turned on and see what somebody else has to offer you.That 1 year experience stuff went out the window 5 years ago.

 

IMO leaving Werner to go to one of the two you mentioned is a sideways move. Like someone on here said, get your year and you can do better.
