Well in 1997 i was hooking up to preloaded trailer was standing on a drain cover while hooking up the air hoses and the cover colapsed and i fell in,soon afterwards had back surgery,6months later came back to find out the company was shutting down,doctors said i wouldnt driving big rigs.10 years later came back to driving .its been 3 and half years with no problems.one thing i do try to do,when you see a big bump coming,lean forward so the back of the seat isnt jarring you.good luck man

I make my own. I like to walk when I have time. I also like sweeping out the trailer to give me somthing to do. I like doing sit ups in the sleeper and or body weight squats, stretching and that's about it.
the job has no physical activities other then climbing in to the trailer to put up load bars when needed. I'm a big guy always have been.
some of the guys I see that have let themselves get out of control to the point where they are. Makes me sick, makes me never want to get to that point. So I do what necessary to say semi active. Actually have lost weight since being out here. -
