What did you get your dispatcher for Christmas?

I gave him peace and quite, until Monday that is

 

The simple fact that I let my various dispatchers live to see another Christmas is, I feel, present enough.

 

I give him $50 a month throughout the year, that way I get the best loads and always get home on time.

 

So your the one that keeps getting dispatched around me!

Ha, yeah jk. At small companies, it is kind of an unwritten code amongst the drivers to not gift the dispatchers except for small things like coffee mugs, baseball caps, etc.

But somehow there always seem to be those favorite drivers. It does make me wonder.

 

I got both of mine a set of ear plugs so they can tune out all the whiny drivers that we have.

Even got my self a pair so when they(the whiny drivers) direct connect me on the nextel, I can tune them out. They think that I am the theropist for them!

O.K.,I get it now.. Its a cash deal....Finally,I get it..

 

my boss (he is also the owner of the company) keeps making this same comment as a joke, I keep telling him that if I have to pay him to get my loads, then I expect to get part of his paycheck in return.
